Privacy Policy
- Introduction.
a. Website Owner. RSource, LLC d/b/a Knowtion Health ("Knowtion Health") is the owner of this Website ("Website"). Knowtion Health can be contacted by mail at 433 Plaza Real, Suite 255, Boca Raton, FL 33432, by phone at (561) 995-1252, or by e-mail at compliance@KnowtionHealth.com. This Privacy Policy also applies to those who may work on our behalf, such as service providers, assigns, or other third parties (collectively, "we").
b. Scope. This Privacy Policy discloses Knowtion Health's information practices, including what type of personal information may be collected, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to this Website, job applicants, as well as those we interact with in our business relationships, as applicable. Knowtion Health employees should refer to the employee privacy policy, which can be found in the Knowtion Health Library, for further information.
c. Website Transactions. At times, Knowtion Health may need personal information regarding a user. It is Knowtion Health's intent to inform you before it collects personal information, such as the user's name and/or address on the Internet. - Personal Information That May Be Collected.
Besides the personal information you may provide on this website, we may also collect your personal information from other third parties such as your insurance companies, our business partners, our service providers, and other third parties who we work with for our legitimate business purposes.
a. Identifying Information. Knowtion Health may request a user to provide certain personal information, which may include identifiers like name, postal address, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, etc. Knowtion Health may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain a contact record. Knowtion Health may also collect any other personal information that you choose to provide.
b. Service Quality Monitoring. Some Website transactions may require a user to telephone Knowtion Health or vice versa. Users should be aware that it is Knowtion Health's practice to monitor, and in some cases record, such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes and as such, we may record audio and/or video information.
c. Website Analytics and Advertising. We may collect your internet and other electronic network activities in connection with how you use the Website, which may be considered personal information. This is further explained below.
d. Information from Children. Knowtion Health does not collect or maintain personal information from users actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of Knowtion Health's Website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. However, in the course of providing our services, we may collect information about children to process a claim.
e. Links to Other Websites. Knowtion Health's Website may contain links to other websites. Knowtion Health is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites. - Uses Made of the Information.
a. Limited Uses Identified. Personal information collected by Knowtion Health may be used by Knowtion Health for the following, among other, purposes: for statistical analysis of users’ behavior; for product development; for content improvement; to customize the content and layout of Knowtion Health’s Website; for internal company reviews, etc.
b. Marketing Uses. Knowtion Health reserves the right to provide users with information about Knowtion Health's Website, Knowtion Health’s products and services, and related information.
c. Stored Information Uses. Knowtion Health may use stored information to establish and maintain contact records.
d. Online Advertising. Some companies that help Knowtion Health deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about Knowtion Health’s audience to help Knowtion Health better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to Knowtion Health's audience. Knowtion Health may use the collected information to establish and maintain contact records.
e. Other Business Uses. We may also use your information for the following business purposes:
i. Auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this Privacy Policy and other standards.
ii. Helping to ensure security and integrity.
iii. Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
iv. Short term, transient use, including, but not limited to non-personalized advertising.
v. Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, providing analytic services, storage, or similar services.

vii. Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration.
viii. Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality of our services, and to improve, upgrade or enhance our services.

x. For any other purpose that is not prohibited by law. - Disclosure of the Information.
a. Mergers and Acquisitions. For the purpose of developing and expanding its business, Knowtion Health may share, rent, sell, or buy business assets or otherwise engage in corporate transactions. In such transactions, user information is generally one of the transferred business assets. Additionally, in the event Knowtion Health is acquired, user information may be one of the transferred assets.
b. Agents. Knowtion Health employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on its behalf. These persons are provided with personal information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes.
c. Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Knowtion Health reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about users for marketing analysis, with the exception of mobile numbers.
d. Disclosure to Governmental Entities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.
e. Others. We may disclose your personal information to our service providers, business partners, clients, and others to provide our services, subject to the general parameters listed in this Section 4. - Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
a. Tracking of Personal Information. Through Website access logs, Knowtion Health collects clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to the Website. That information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis, and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public.
b. Use of Cookies. Knowtion Health, or its third party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including "cookies." A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to a user’s hard drive through the user's browser. The cookie is then stored on the user's computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the user's computer, but not the user. Cookies may be sent by Knowtion Health or its third party vendors. A user can set his browser to notify him before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. A user may also set his browser to turn off cookies; however, some functions of the Website may not then work properly. The online advertising industry also provides website from which you may opt out of cookies from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. You can access these and learn more about cookies, consumer choice, and privacy by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, the European Digital Advertising Alliance, and the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.
c. Use of Web Beacon Technologies. Knowtion Health may also use web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Website to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Website, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by Knowtion Health or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If a user does not want cookie information to be associated with the user's visits to these pages, the user can set his browser to turn off cookies. Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
d. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. Knowtion Health may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Knowtion Health Website in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on Knowtion Health Website; Website and system administration; user analysis; business decision making, etc. Such information is sometimes known as "clickstream data." Knowtion Health or its vendors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
e. Knowtion Health's vendors and other parties may collection personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Website. - Information Security.
a. Commitment to Online Security. Knowtion Health employs physical , electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information.
b. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Knowtion Health will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of users' personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. - Privacy Policy Changes. This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 29, 2024 ("Effective Date"). Knowtion Health reserves the right to update its Privacy Policy at any time. Whenever possible, Knowtion Health will provide advance written notice of changes and will not make retroactive changes that reduce privacy rights. After Knowtion Health makes changes, continued use contstitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy with the changes. As of the newest version's Effective Date, the newest Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions.

a. Applicable States. Under applicable laws, you may have certain rights to the personal information Knowtion Health maintains about you.
b. California Notice at Collection. To understand what personal information we collect, please visit "Personal Information That May Be Collected". To understand how your personal information is used, please visit, "Uses Made of the Information". To understand how your personal information is disclosed, please visit "Disclosure of Information". To understand how long your personal information is retained, please visit "Retention of Your Personal Information." We do not sell personal information, including that of consumers under the age of 16, but we may "share" (as such term is defined under California law) your internet or other electronic network activity as described above. - Privacy Rights. Under applicable law, certain users may have rights relating to their personal information.
a. Access to Personal Information. Users may request that Knowtion Health provide access to and confirmation of processing of their personal information, including a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information.
b. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help Knowtion Health keep users' personal information accurate. If a user's personal information changes, or if a user notes an error upon review of user information that Knowtion Health has on file, please promptly notify Knowtion Health at compliance@KnowtionHealth.com and provide the new or correct information.
c. Deletion of Personal Information. Users may have the right to request that Knowtion Health delete the personal information that has been collected from the user. Please note that this is subject to our other data retention obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
d. Opt-Out of Certain Uses of Personal Information. Users may have the right
to opt-out of the (i) sale of their personal information, (ii) share/use of personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and (iii) use of personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
e. Question Profiling. If you have the right to opt-out of our use of personal information for profiling, you may have the right to question the result of the profiling, be informed of the reason that the profiling resulted in the decision, and, if feasible, be informed of what actions you may take to secure a different decision in the future. You may also have the right to review the personal information used in the profiling.
f. Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Users may have the right to request that Knowtion Health limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. Please note that we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information in a manner that requires limitation.
g. Your California Privacy Rights. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of Knowtion Health who are California residents to request certain information regarding Knowtion Health's disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, Knowtion Health will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Knowtion Health reserves the right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
h. Making a Request. You may exercise your applicable privacy right by contacting Knowtion Health via e-mail at compliance@KnowtionHealth.com, by certified postal mail at 433 Plaza Real, Suite 255, Boca Raton, FL 33432, or by calling us at 877-619-4111.
i. Verification of Your Identity. Once we receive your request, we may request that you provide us with your first and last name and email address, and depending on your relationship with us, we may also ask for account numbers and/or titles. We will match this information against our business records to verify your identity.
ii. Authorized Agent. Under applicable law, you may request an authorized agent exercise your rights on your behalf. If you are an authorized agent, please provide a written statement from the user authorizing you to exercise rights on his/her behalf. We may confirm such statement with the consumer.
iii. No Retaliation or Discrimination. You will not be retaliated or discriminated against for exercising any of your applicable privacy rights.
iv. Appeals. Users from applicable states may appeal our response to a privacy request. To appeal, please follow the same process under "Making A Request" above. - Accountability.
a. Questions, Problems, and Complaints. If you have a question about this Privacy Policy, or a complaint about Knowtion Health's compliance with this Privacy Policy, you may contact Knowtion Health by email at compliance@KnowtionHealth.com. If Knowtion Health is unable to resolve your complaint to your reasonable satisfaction, or if you do not receive acknowledgment of an inquiry, you may contact Knowtion Health via certified postal mail at 433 Plaza Real, Suite 255, Boca Raton, FL 33432, Attn: Legal and Compliance.
b. Terms of Use. Any dispute over privacy between users and Knowtion Health is subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Website's Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated herein and can be read at https://www.knowtionhealth.com/terms.
c. Retention of Your Personal Information. Knowtion Health will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law or regulation.
d. International Transfer. All information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including, but not limited to, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. We endeavor to safeguard your information consistent with the requirements of applicable laws.
