How are you working with revenue cycle outsource partners to get the most value for your organization? 

Brandon Burnett: “In the revenue cycle space, we depend on vendors and business partners to add those additional resources and services in instances where either (it’s something) we are just not always really good at, or we don't have time or money to add and know that having a strategic partnership will allow us to get better, faster results. We know that they have the expertise and the knowledge to get it done.

"But it's a two-way street. We have to provide feedback and consultation and really establish a relationship with open dialogue. We must come from a place of real authenticity and understand what our needs are not only as a provider but also in terms of the services that they can deliver as a business partner.

"It's only then, in working together, that you'll achieve the best results that you want to achieve and really establish a relationship that will last for many years to come."
