What are your top denials management priorities these days?
Krista Touros: "Our priorities right now in the lane of denials management are both primarily driven by payer behaviors. So, we're seeing incredible upticks in medical necessity denials and also in requests for more information or medical records requests. And despite the fact that many of the payers have electronic access, we're seeing a large uptick in requests, which are just slowing down the cash flow."
